Gardens
Carmarthenshire is home to two important gardens. The National Botanic Garden of Wales opened its gates to the public in the year 2000 and is a great day out for families as well as a destination for serious gardeners and plant-lovers. The recently restored Aberglasney Gardens, on the other hand, is a complete contrast. It has a long and fascinating history, much of which remains shrouded in mystery. The National Botanic Garden of Wales and Aberglasney Gardens are each around 15 minutes’ drive away from Pencnwc House.
